Fatality rates from COVID-19 appear to be lower than initially thought according to the Lancet Journal

Latest Lancet journal, an esteemed British journal, just published a study last night about the mortality of COVID-19 patients: if including asymptomatic patients (patients infected but without symptoms), the fatality rate is at 0.6%(far lower than the 1-2 % that initially reported).   For patients that are 80+ years old, fatality is about 8% (lower than initially thought).    It is however still 6x higher than the influenza.
